Arrangements
The spiritual nature
and culture of Bali island will make you experience for a
setting of wedding ceremony and celebrations. For the sake of
law enforcement of Indonesian government, Indonesian government
is in agreement to any couple who wish to get married in
Indonesia.
Indonesia recognized 5
religious: Christian (Protestant & Catholic), Moslem, Hindu
and Buddhist. A legal wedding ceremony however must be performed
under religious rites and should be registered with the district
of Civil Registrar. Indonesian government however
would prefer that couple who wish marry have the same
religious belief. For the sake of law enforcement in
Indonesia, please provide the documents here in:
What Christian - Protestant couple have to prepare prior to wedding?

Photocopy passport of couple.

Photocopy of divorce or death
certificate of former spouse (where relevant).

Photocopy passport of
witnesses.

Photocopy of birth certificate
and Baptism certificate (mandatory).

A letter signed by both
parties certifying that the marriage is based on mutual
agreement.

Supply details names, address,
profession, by filling "wedding registration form"
which provided by Church and Civil Registrar.
What Christian - Catholic couple
have to prepare prior to wedding?

Original - Baptism certificate
issued not more than 3 months.

Original - "Letter of
freedom" to get marry issued by Parish Priest or other
Church official.

Original - "Letter of
Delegation" issued by the Parish Priest of other Church
Official - addressed to Catholic Church in Bali, declaring
that your own Parish Priest has no objection to your
marriage being performed and blessing by a Priest of
Catholic Church in Bali.

Original - "Prenuptial
certificate" and "Prenuptial Course" from
your Parish Priest or other Church official.
Do you have to prepare
photographs?
YES, you are requested to submit six (6) pieces
photographs with 4 x 6 size. The photographs from the head and
shoulder only, side by side (in the same photo), looking
straight forward. These photographs are being attached to
wedding certificate: 1 (one) original certificate from Civil
Registrar and 1 (one) original certificate from Church.
What a mandatory letter which to be issued by your Embassy/Consulate?
CNI - Certificate of No Impediment to Marry Indonesia is
MANDATORY needed and to be obtained from your respective
Embassy/Consulate in Indonesia. This certificate can be issued
within a day and you are both to be performed by yourself
by showing your original documents declaring that you both are
citizens of country. The failure to submit CNI - wedding
ceremony therefore can not be permitted.
When your documents to be received by Church and Civil
Registrar?
At least 2 weeks prior to wedding date.
CNI can be submitted one day prior to attending wedding
ceremony.
Do you wish to know about ROYAL BALINESE WEDDING (RBW)?
It
is somewhat popular, however RBW is just a show, and we do not
arrange this type of weddings. However, if you wish to dress-on
Royal Balinese Costume or "Payas Agung" - it is our oblige to assist with.
How much does it cost for A
LEGAL WEDDING CEREMONY?
With only US$
550 - we will organize
appointment to bless your wedding by Minister of Church
and registration procedure at Civil Registrar office in Bali,
still photography with two roll films & one album, bouquet
flower and button hole.
Where you will perform your wedding?
We would suggest that you
stay in the hotel where your wedding celebration is being
performed. Otherwise you may also perform the wedding
ceremony at any restaurants.

Elephant Safari Park, Taro village - Ubud, Bali. With Elephant in full ceremonial dress, traditional Balinese
